FOCUS

I started out in this industry with a one track idea. Help people lose weight. Now 8 years on I have realised that it takes many different elements to help someone achieve their goals. It could be because not everyone’s goal is to lose weight or they are not in the correct mindset within their life to reach their goals.

My main focus now is the relationship with your body and your mind. Your mind is the key to everything. Your relationship with fitness, your relationship with food, your relationship with your brain. I am not just here to help you change your body fitness, I am here to support you with your life and mind fitness and that will ultimately better your body and conquer your goals.

QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED

I am qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer alongside being an Exercise Referral specialist, since 2014. I have worked in a number of different types of gym since qualifying as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor in 2011. This has meant I have trained a wide range of different people with many different goals and am able to adapt a programme that will suit your needs and your lifestyle. I ultimately specialise in HIIT training however, my passion is within strength and mobility training.

ACHIEVABLE LIFESTYLE

I am a big believer in enjoying the life you have and creating a lifestyle that includes all the things you love but having good habits to let you enjoy them without feeling guilty for it!

WHERE CAN YOU FIND ME?

I complete all my 1:1 and Small Group Training Sessions at Places Leisure, Camberley.  I also teach Group Cycling and Les Mills GRIT at the same location.

Theo became my PT and gradually challenged me to increase my all round fitness. She has continually listened and responded to my desire to improve my fitness. She certainly has pushed me beyond my expectations and has made me feel that age (60) is not an excuse to give up or make excuses for ‘giving up’.

Theo has proven to be interested not only in my physical fitness but my emotional well- being. Always asking about my life and how she can support me through the ups and downs. She can change a reluctant visit to the gym to a positive experience and renewal of my own positivity.”
